I am Robin, the owner and Founder. My journey began 9 years ago when I opened a highly successful doggy daycare business. Following the success of the daycare, I then launched an events business which focused specifically on the pet industry.
My journey has been anything but a straight road, however in the process I have learned so much about the industry and what is required to run a successful pet business. I have also learned the mindset needed to take on the every day challenges and enjoy the process. Being able to enjoy everyday and use the obstacles as a learning opportunity is the ultimate goal.
Pet Concept was born to allow me and my team to impart wisdom and help fellow entrepaneurs really enjoy what it means to be self-employed. Not only this but the most effective ways to make your business profitable.
Throughout the years I have wasted thousands upon thousands of pounds on products and processes that simply didn’t work. Until now, there was no blueprint for a successful business.
My aim is to help you and your team nurture your business from start to finish. To help you increase your profits and avoid the mistakes so many of us make without guidance and knowledge.
